Autumn

One week ago it was still almost 25ºC warm. A real Indian Summer! As the days are getting shorter and shorter, the weather becomes more rainy and foggy. It will be mostly like this until March, when the spring will finally win. Winter in Berlin is dark and grey.

Wintersun – Eternal Darkness (Autumn)

Wintersun wanted to start a crowdfunding campaign to make an album and to build a professional studio. Many people were laughing, including me. I was thinking why should I spend any money to support their goals. Shouldn’t an artist just create art without worrying too much about the commercial success?

Oranssi Pazuzu – Lahja

In 2009 or 2010 I saw Oranssi Pazuzu for the first time at Nosturi in Helsinki, Finland. I didn’t really know their music back then. To be honest, I wasn’t too impressed. It was a quiet night. There were less than 50 people watching the show.
